Event Policies
Helmets are required.
Ride is **Rain or Shine**
All C3 rides and events take place rain or shine — we do not reschedule for weather.
**Your Options**
We know plans change, so every registration comes with flexibility:
**Transfer (free)** – Gift your spot to someone else, or have them pay you back for it.
**Deferral (fee applies)** – Push your registration to a future event, primarily for weather.
**Ride Insurance (fee applies, purchased at signup)** – Protects your registration in case of illness, job loss/unemployment, injury, and other covered situations. This is offered as an option during checkout when you register — it can't be added afterward.
**How to Defer or Transfer**
1. Log in to your RunSignup account.
2. Go to your Profile page.
3. Under Upcoming Events, find the race and click Manage Registration.
4. Select Defer Registration or the transfer option.
5. Review any fees and click Confirm.
