A Fall Festive C3 Club Ride with Giveaways, Beer and Oktoberfest-Inspired Fare to Follow

Gelber Senffarben "Yellow Mustard" 32-mile course (with 2.22 Mile Gravel Road "Rollsplit" Segment) on Ride with GPS HERE

Kleiner Spritzer "Little Squirt" 28.1-mile course (with NO Gravel segment) on Ride with GPS HERE

Event Schedule:

Ride begins promptly at 10:00AM

Lunch at Cherry Pavilion begins at 12:00PM and lasts until 3:00PM

Mile 8.1 to Mile 11.4: "Der Grün Gurken"

Mile 12.4 - Mile 14.8 "Das Ketchupberg"

Mile 22.2 - Mile 27.7 "Das Fahrradbahn"

Mile 28.4 to Mile 30.7: "Rollsplit"

A.k.a. "Loose Gravel" goes to the rider with the fastest RidewithGPS split for the Rollsplit segment.

A.k.a. "Small Squirt" goes to the rider with the fastest overall RidewithGPS time for the 28.1-mile sans-gravel course.

"Gelber Senffarben" Yellow T-shirt

A.k.a. "Yellow Mustard" goes to the rider with the fastest overall RidewithGPS time for the full 32.1-mile course.​

​The Menu:

Festive Seasonal Beers, German Pretzels with Cheese Sauce and Mustard, Grilled Wursts (bratwursts,  all-beef hotdogs, vegan stadium dogs) with Crusty Rolls and all the Fixings (pickle relish, mustard, sauerkraut, onions) “schmalzig” Schwäbischer Kartoffelsalat (that's German potato salad, folks,) Soft Drinks and Water, and Tasty Desserts.  (Individuals may also BYOB)

Ride Notes & Policies:

  • This is a C3 members-only club ride. Not a C3 member? Click HERE to learn more and join!

  • All riders must have signed C3 Waiver of Liability on file.

  • Ride is rain or shine (no rain date).

  • Check the weather, kit-out and dress appropriately (bring a change of clothes for after the ride.)

  • Helmets are required.

  • Headlights and taillights are strongly recommended.

  • Obey traffic signs and controls.

  • Roads (except for 5.5 mile segment along Oakland Road) have no shoulders; please ride toward right margin.

  • Most road surfaces are hard-packed tar and chip and generally quite good.

  • Give extra caution at road intersections and turns.

  • This ride is "self-supported," there are no rest stops.​
